短瓣金莲花提取物分离、鉴定及其对甜菜夜蛾酚氧化酶的抑制活性

Inhibitory Effects of Three Compounds Extracted from Trollius ledebourion Phenoloxidase of Spodotera exigua

  • 摘要: 为筛选对甜菜夜蛾 Spodotera exigua 酚氧化酶(PO)具有高抑制活性的化合物,采用传统分离方法及制备型高效液相色谱从短瓣金莲花中提取分离了3个化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,通过波谱学技术鉴定其依次为3,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯、2″-O-(2-methylbutyryl)vitexin和熊果酸(Ursolic acid)。3个化合物对甜菜夜蛾酚氧化酶均具有一定的抑制活性,其IC50值依次为2.04、0.83和 0.32 mmol/L。
